In one of my previous posts, I mentioned my AI system: Archimedes
I've been having a lot of fun with him, and I've built some cool tooling around
him, but it was time for me to move on to better interfaces, so I set up
Oobabooga's Text Generation Webui
The New Shiney
It's a bit more bloated, but also a lot more featureful. Eventually I want to
get to building my own model, start doing RAG and other fun things, and this
will help quite a bit. But that's all long-term thinking.
Oobabooga has been cool to be able to load models more dynamically, and play
with extensions. I've still got a lot to learn about LLM stuff, and this
provides a fun way to browse around and explore what is available as I learn.
One thing I like is that I can build in a "character", which makes the AI more
personable. I want something that I can call out by name, but wont get confused
with other words I frequently use. More on voice-activated systems to come |;)
But for now, here's a screenshot of Archy at work via Oobabooga:
